At the beach; Near water The apartment is located in a quiet area in the town of Alcúdia but with all the necessary services for an independent stay at hand. The closest beach is Sa Marina, ideal for going with children thanks to its clean and shallow waters. But you can visit many other fantastic beaches such as Port de Pollença, Port d'Alcúdia or Platges de Muro by car or bus, as there is a stop very close to the accommodation. Finally, a visit to the walled area of Alcúdia - to get lost in its wonderful streets full of shops and restaurants on market days - is a must.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms with AC: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; another with twin beds; and the last one with a single bed.
