You can sunbathe on the surrounding sunbeds and enjoy a delicious barbecue or a drink at sunset on the different terraces around the house. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

Its central location allows quick access to the various corners of the island. The closest beach is Playa de Muro about 24 km away, a golden sandy beach of several km of turquoise waters.

On the ground floor, you will find the living room equipped with AC and TV sets, the beautiful dining room, the separate kitchen with gas cooktop, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with twin beds. On the first floor, you have the other 4 bedrooms, all with AC. They are equipped with twin beds each except one that has a trundle bed, and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The house is equipped with oil central heating for the winter months, as well as a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.
