Just imagine yourselves every morning with a succulent breakfast next to the sea, listening to the sound of the waves and reveling in the scent of the sea breeze. The apartment is placed between the street and the hill so you can descend right to the beach from the communal garden going down some steps. When you come back, you can use the exterior shower to wash the salt off before going up for lunch or dinner.

And if you like playing golf, this is the perfect place since one of the best courses on the island is right there boasting wonderful views of the sea, the Club of Alcanada.

The inside emanates modernity with a beautiful beach touch, especially the spacious living - dining - kitchen. It is perfect to spend time together while cooking on the ceramic hob, setting the table watching the satellite TV while eating, or relaxing on the sofa. On the coldest days, you can light the fire. Of course, you will find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation and in order to rest, there are two bedrooms, both with a wardrobe and air conditioning. One has a double bed and the other has a single bed.
