You will also find 6 sun loungers in order to bask in the sun and an exterior shower to quickly cool down. Another furnished porch with a table and chairs is perfect to your summer evening dinners and barbecues. The property, within a rural environment, is fenced and offers total privacy.

Inside, the spacious living room, open to the dining room and kitchen, is an ideal space to be together with family or friends. The living area is the space for relaxation and tranquillity, with comfortable sofas and satellite television. The kitchen, in Majorcan style, is practical and has all the necessary utensils and appliances to cook like at home, such as induction hobs, oven and so on. The house has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other with two single beds. Both have air-conditioning, wardrobe and space for a cot and high chair.
