On the 7th floor of a building with elevator, the apartment offers a spacious living room with a TV set, open to the dining area, and a cosy and sunny furnished terrace. The kitchen, with a modern and beachy style, is equipped with an induction top and all kitchenware needed to cook. Here you also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom in the apartment features a shower and the only bedroom comes with a double bed, closet and direct access to the terrace.
