Among nature; Near water The villa is 500 metres from the cycle path that connects Sirmione to Peschiera, and visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, a 30-minute drive away).
Sirmione is renowned for the distinctive appeal of its historic town centre, characterized by narrow and winding streets. It is also famous for the Thermal Baths of Catullus, the churches "Santa Maria Maggiore" and "San Pietro" in Mavino, and the ruins of the Roman Villa, home to the poet Catullus, often referred to as the "Grotta di Catullo."

Our service charge is inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. A damage deposit of 2000 euro has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
