Near water The town of Sirmione can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes by car. For self-catering, Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients.
Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, 30 minutes away by car). There are also windsurfing schools close by on the lake and a boat hire centre just 10 minutes away.

On the first floor of the villa, this lovely apartment sleeps 4 people.The L-shaped living area is full of light and has a comfortable sofa, with a flat-screen TV and desk which makes a good workspace. There is a dining table for 4 people and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and moca coffee pot.

Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and large French windows which open onto the sunny balcony.
