Ski right up to your front door at this large apartment on the second floor of a traditional style residence. This residence is in a quiet but central part of Livigno, so a car is not essential. You will like that it is close to the ski slopes and the ski lift.
Livigno has a multitude of activities all year round. The resort has 2 parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (5 minute drive), and the Carosello 3000 park (3 minute drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.
This spacious, homely apartment sleeps 6 people in comfort. The sunny kitchen/dining/living area has a dining table for 6 people with corner banquette seating.

A compulsory Service Charge is applied to all reservations made for our self-catering accommodations in Livigno. The charge includes final cleaning, bed linen & towels for all guests, heating, electricity & water together with the Privilege Card, which is also included. During the winter period, the property will only be available to book from Saturday to Saturday.
