Car is not really recommended as the necessary amenities like restaurants, a supermarket and shops are at walking distance from the house. There is also a tennis court at 250 meters and the town center is only 350 meters away.
The balcony apartment close to the lake beach has central heating and is located on the second floor of a four-storey building. The living room has a neat design with an open layout. There is a double sofa bed in one part of the room and a dining area and kitchen in the other overlooking the balcony and the outdoors. There is a flat-screen TV in the room. The kitchen dinner is perfect for 4 guests and is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, a fridge with a freezer and an electric kettle.
