The residence offers lift access and uncovered private parking. Upon request, a private garage can be used for an additional fee. Subject to availability, the apartment can be rented alongside other apartments in the same residence (ID 3193, 3194 & 3195).
Inside, the basement-level apartment benefits from plenty of natural light, thanks to its many windows. The retreat is equipped with everything groups of 4 need for a care-free stay; with a spacious living room and kitchen diner provided alongside 2 spacious double bedrooms and two contemporary-fitted shower rooms. The charge includes final cleaning, bed linen & towels for all guests, heating, electricity & water together with the Privilege Card, which is also included. During the winter period, the property will only be available to book from Saturday to Saturday.
