Close your eyes. You can take a walk through La Rochelle's charming streets to get to the beach. There you can breathe in the revitalising sea air.Nestled in the Saint-Nicolas de La Rochelle area, the Centre residence offers apartments and 2-person studios. It is located a stone's throw from the Old Port and the centre (200 m). Its privileged location allows you to make the most of its many restaurants, bars and shops, all while being close to the beach.
After a wonderful day of exploring, you can go back to your cosy apartment. The added bonus? Some holiday rentals include a large furnished terrace, on which you can eat your meals while enjoying the sun. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room (book in advance).
All year round, you can swim in our indoor heated pool, located under a beautiful glass roof. On sunny days, you'll enjoy relaxing on the deckchairs in the solarium. Do you prefer the sea? You can reach it in just 15 minutes on foot. There are lots of activities on offer near the residence. Water sports, horse riding, golf, tennis or cycling: There's something for everyone.

Near water The Rochelaise Sailing School is conveniently situated approximately 3 km away. They offer courses in Optimist, catamaran (including New Cat 12, Twincat 13, Twincat 15, Hobie Cat 16), dinghy sailing, and windsurfing. The courses run for three or four hours a day over five days, from Monday to Friday, catering to both adults and children aged 7 and above. Private lessons are also available, along with the option to rent sailing equipment and kayaks.
For equestrian enthusiasts, the Société Hippique Aunis La Rochelle in La Jarne is just 3 km away.
A fitness center is conveniently located close to the residence.
The Rochelais Tennis Club, situated in the Bouffeny Stadium, is 8 km away.
