About this accommodation
The cozy beach house has a fresh and sleek interior and the smart layout gives you a very spacious feeling. The feeling is further emphasized by the large glass front at the front, which can also be opened completely. The front terrace and the inside of the house become one large open space, and ultimates the sense of freedom! The terrace at the front has an area of 7 square meters and has the possibility to cover the whole so that you are nicely sheltered. In addition to the cozy sitting area at the front of the house, you will find the spacious open kitchen. The kitchen has a counter with sufficient work space and is equipped with a gas hob, fridge, freezer, combi microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Opposite the sink is a spacious wall unit with many storage options, so you can always keep the house tidy and enjoy your holiday in peace. The cottage has a pull-out double bed (160x200). For example, you can choose to fold it during the day to create more space in the home. On the loft you will find two separate single beds. Thanks to the two skylights, you also get a wonderful spacious feeling here. You can reach the rear terrace from both the outside and the inside, so you have a wonderful private setting. On the back terrace you also have access to the separate shower room. When renting the beach house you can use the parking permit; this allows you to park one vehicle free of charge in the parking lot.

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
