The property includes a veranda with table and chairs with beautiful sea view, the courtyard with trees and equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower. Present: TV and dishwasher. The second housing, partially basement, consists of spacious living area with kitchenette, table with benches and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Security deposit: €200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; upon its return, the accommodation must be free of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
