Spectacular Majorcan townhouse with a private pool where 6 guests will spend an excellent and deserved vacation in Vilafranca de Bonany.The backyard of this traditional house will become your paradisaical oasis during your vacation. You will find an excellent lawn area where the little ones can play. If they prefer, they can also make use of the children's games available. The terrace has a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfasts in the morning admiring the orange trees and breezing the scent of the blossom during the spring, and bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers or maybe beneath the shade of the parasol. After that, the amazing private chlorine pool will be your best ally to fight the heat. It is 12 x 5 metres and its water depth ranges from 0.8 to 2 metres, so it is also perfect to swim some lengths. Once by the house, you find the fantastic furnished porch where you can enjoy your daily meals at the table with chairs or a flute of champagne in the evening on the exterior sofa and armchairs. The house is in the centre of the town and there are direct neighbours.

Romantic; Among nature Vilafranca de Bonany is a beautiful town belonging to the Pla of Mallorca and well-known thanks to the production of melons. The town offers all the needed services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The main tourist appeals are the church of Santa Barbara and ca Ses Monges. There are other towns not far away that also are worth a visit like Petra or Manacor. In relation to the beaches, the nearest ones are those of the eastern Majorca, being Porto Cristo the handiest, about 26 km away. It is a large beach with fine sand and sided by a beautiful promenade full of trees. Other beautiful beaches like Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica or the stunning Cala Varques aren't far away either.

Upon entering from the street, you'll find a spacious hall adorned with beautiful, timeless details, separated from the living area by a grand arch typical of Majorcan architecture.The inviting living room, characterized by stone walls, wooden elements, and warm, cozy colors, centers around a wood stove, perfect for the colder days. Here, you can relax on the armchairs and sofa with your loved ones while watching TV with English channels. Adjacent to the living area is the dining room, which has a sturdy wooden table that seats six. The kitchen, located behind a small arch, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and more. Additionally, there is a second dining room with a barbecue for preparing delicious grilled meals. The main floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, and there is another shower bathroom upstairs.
The house offers three bedrooms for guests to choose from. Two are on the first floor: one with a double bed, closet, and AC; the other with twin beds, closet, fan, and access to a lovely terrace overlooking the backyard, pool, and town. The third bedroom is located at the end of the backyard next to the pool, featuring two single beds and a fan. For those traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided.
