This nice three-bedroom apartment can accommodate 6 persons and has an area of 82 m². The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second has two single beds and the third contains a bunk bed. The cozy living/dining room has a sofa set, coffee table, living room furniture, a television, and a dining table with chairs. The independent kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffeemaker. There is a bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, the accommodation offers the following facilities: a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, iron, and internet connection (upon request, for a fee). Upon request, you can also rent a crib. ONLINE CHECK-IN: Several days prior to your arrival, you will receive a message containing a link for online check-in. This process includes registering occupants, settling the remaining payment, signing the contract, and receiving information regarding key collection.
During online check-in, you grant authorization to the local tour operator to collect a damage deposit in the event of accommodation misuse. This deposit is always accompanied by an invoice detailing the damages incurred.
TOURIST TAX: This tax must be paid on location. Please note the price is subject to change.
DEPOSIT: Upon arrival, you must sign the rental agreement and provide us with credit card information. We keep this data during your stay until your accommodation has been checked after departure. The amount of the deposit varies between € 300 and €1200 but this amount is only charged from your credit card in case of damage.
PETS: Our accommodations welcome pets, subject to a supplemental fee.
ACCESS TO ACCOMMODATION: Access to our lodgings is facilitated through a mobile phone application, allowing you to unlock doors. It is imperative to confirm with the local tour operator beforehand that you have installed this application on your mobile device.
SUPPLIES: Except for special cases communicated directly to the client, supply costs are integrated into the total price. In cases where gas bottles need replacement, clients are responsible for contacting the owner during opening hours to exchange the empty bottle.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS: Accommodations within communal settings adhere to specific rules and regulations. Facilities like pools and tennis courts may not be available year-round, depending on factors such as weather and hygiene. The owner is not accountable for the unavailability of such facilities within a community complex, unrelated to his management role, while clients assume responsibility for their safe usage.
RESOLUTION OF CONTRACT: The owner reserves the right to terminate the contract under the following circumstances:
1. Excessive occupancy without prior notice, prompting the owner to request the names and IDs of all occupants.
2. Unauthorized transfer or subletting of the entire or part of the accommodation.
3. Rearrangement of furniture within the accommodation.
4. Engagement in activities contravening municipal regulations, cohabitation guidelines, hygiene standards, or public rules, affecting other tenants.
EXCLUDED LIABILITIES: The owner is not liable in the following situations:
1. Theft, loss, or damage incurred by clients during their stay, even if a safe deposit box is rented.
2. Supply disruptions from major companies (electricity, gas, water).
3. Breakdown of appliances reported to the owner, who will contact the Technical Department within 24 hours. Lack of assistance does not warrant compensation.
4. External works by city hall or institutions, potentially impacting the tenant's stay.
5. WiFi services from external companies may not cover all managed apartments. In case of a deficient connection, the owner will refund the service charge with supplier authorization, without client attribution of blame.
If the rented accommodation becomes unavailable, the owner commits to offering an alternative of a similar or higher category. If dissatisfied, the amount paid for intermediate management will be refunded.
