Outside the villa, you will also find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue, and a porch with several tables where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your companions. The area offers all the necessary services for your holidays and you will also find a wide gastronomic offer. The nearest beach is that of Son Bauló, and also nearby is the beach of Can Picafort, both with turquoise waters and fine sand. There are many nearby places worth visiting such as s'Albufera, Alcúdia, or Pollença.

The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. In it, you will find a living room equipped with AC and TV sets and a dining area with a large table where you can enjoy your favorite dishes. The kitchen, which has access to the dining room, is induction and has AC and everything you need to cook in total comfort. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with a shower serves this floor. When it is time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms, all of them with double beds and AC. On the ground floor, there are 3 of them, one of which has access to the garden and an en suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom is located on the top floor and has access to a large terrace and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.Other
