A holiday on the Costa Brava will have you feeling like you stepped into a postcard, given the natural beauties here completed by the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains. Beaches and coves create ideal conditions for scuba diving for a chance, on the world renowned Medes Islands. The Nature Reserve Cap de Creus is also worth a visit, so is the Nature Reserve Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. Also on the Costa Brava you will find history in its most amazing appearance in places such as the archaeological site of Empúries. The Jewish Quarter of Gerona is also famous, so is the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. For art lovers, the works of the famous artist Dali will be a true delight. The Costa Brava of Spain hosts great music festivals as well, such as the ones at Torroella de Montgrí and Peralada. Do not miss out on specific dishes here such as the Escudella I Carn D'olla, vegetable broth with pork, veal and chicken or the local sausage and tortilla. Fittings
The house is spread over 3 floors, with numerous internal staircases and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. Free Wifi and parking. On the ground floor, you will find the main entrance, with a small living room with fully fitted sofas and access to the garden and the communal pool. On the next level is the kitchen (fully equipped and restored) with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric oven, dishwasher and TV. Laundry room. On the next level there are 2 double bedrooms with bunk beds in both (90x190) and a bathroom with shower. On the floor above, you will find an en suite with double bed (150x190) and a bathroom with bathtub; a living room (TV) with access to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy marvelous breakfasts in the sun. Pets are allowed on request. Ideal for families with children because of its proximity to the beach and it’s pool. The house is located only 180 meters from the beach of Llafranc, one of the most beautiful towns of the Costa Brava, which distinguishes itself for its crystalline waters, it’s pine sheltered promenade and its port.Other

Young groups and parties are not allowed. In case of some houses the owner makes an exception but, in these cases, a higher deposit needs to be paid. Deposit for youth groups 150,00 €/person for houses and 75,00 €/person for apartments that will be returned one week after the customer leaves the property.
Youth groups are not allowed without any prior notice to the agency and having signed the relevant conditions. If this instruction is not observed, the agency has the full right to evict the tenants if appropriate.
Please note, that extra beds are in fact inflatable mattresses.
Pets: In case of traveling with pets you must notify the agency in advance as in some accommodations, pets are strongly prohibited. The extra cost is 35 €/week. The house should be left as hair-free as possible and there should not be any remains of excrement either in the house or in the garden. In case of finding a house full of hair, with excrements or with damages, the amount equivalent to an extra cleaning and the corresponding amount in case of damage or breakage will be withdrawn from the client's deposit.
Any deposit left in cash will be never returned on the day of departure, it will be returned by bank transfer a few days after departure. In order to proceed with the refund, the guest must provide their bank details to the local tour operator.
Charging electric cars at the accommodation is strictly prohibited due to the potential risk of damage to the electrical installation. However, there are numerous charging points scattered throughout the towns that customers can use if needed.
