In front of a two-storey precious construction, there you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, - 9 x 5 m and a depth of 1 to 2 m -, surrounded by a green lawn where you can sunbathe. There are six sun loungers also for that and a large furnished porch for your best barbecues.

Among nature This villa belongs to the beautiful and familiar village known as Lloret de Vistalegre, although it is located next to the road that connects Sineu with the capital, Palma. This is perfect for accessing rapidly to this or to any other direction and visiting the unique inland towns such as Lloret, Sineu, Ruberts, the city of Palma, or beaches like Can Picafort, at 24.9 km.

Inside you have a large, air-conditioned living room where you can eat together, watch satellite TV, a DVD film, or listen to some music. Then you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob.
