Near water The property is located just 200 metres from the beach of Santa Ana. It is an ideal beach for families, as the water is shallow and there are a lot of services available, such as showers, toilets, beach umbrellas and sun loungers for rent. In Denia you can visit the castle built in the 11th century; the municipal market which is the perfect place to experience the local culture and buy a wide variety of fresh produce; or the Montgo Natural Park which is a protected nature reserve just outside the town, the ideal place to go hiking and enjoy nature.

The flat is located on the first floor of the building and offers a simple and modern style. On entering, we find the main room which accommodates the kitchen—living—dining room, equipped with TV, air conditioning and ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. The extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom in the house has a shower.
