This first-floor apartment, without an elevator, welcomes guests with a cozy and functional living-dining kitchen area. Here, you can prepare your best dishes on the electric stove and enjoy them at the dining table. Afterward, relax on the sofa while watching satellite TV in the air-conditioned room (cold air only). The kitchen is simply equipped, and there is no washing machine or iron available. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with twin beds and air conditioning (cold air only); one bedroom also has access to a small terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are provided. For an extra guest, a comfortable sofa bed can be arranged. The bathroom includes a bathtub.
