Among nature The house is located 6km from Campos town where you will find all the amenities: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, shops, bars and restaurants. In 15 minutes by car you will reach a sandy beach Es Trenc, one of the most famous beaches for its beauty. Other coves and beaches with transparent water are also not far from the house. Palma City is 30 minutes away. Here you can spend a perfect day visiting historic and cultural places or go shopping. Water lovers can enjoy at Westernpark, Aqualand, or at Palma Aquarium.
Under-floor heating is installed in the whole house. The use of the heating is included from November to March. In October and April, you can use the under-floor heating optionally and for a surcharge.

A cozy air-conditioned living room is a perfect place to rest after a hot beach day or to watch satellite TV.
