This splendid L-shaped holiday home, covering 65m², is fully equipped with:
<ul><li>Three bedrooms (two with two single beds each, and one with a bunk bed).</li><li>A bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.</li><li>An additional separate toilet.</li><li>A luxurious kitchen, fully equipped with cooking facilities, an oven/microwave combination, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The kitchen also includes a filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.</li><li>Air conditioning to keep the space cool during the summer.</li><li>A bright living room for winter relaxation and a spacious terrace for the summer.</li><li>A garden shed, perfect for storing bicycles and other equipment.</li></ul>

The park is still undergoing partial construction, so some areas may appear unfinished, and there may be ongoing work. While we aim to minimize disruptions, you may experience some inconvenience.
Fireworks are not permitted within the park itself, but please be aware that this restriction applies only to the park. Fireworks may be set off in the surrounding area, so we cannot guarantee there won’t be any disturbances related to fireworks, despite the park being a firework-free zone.

Important Information:
<ul><li>Young groups and parties are not permitted.</li><li>Guests aged 26 and over are required to sign a SEPA deposit form instead of paying a deposit.</li><li>Guests aged 25 and under, as well as companies or individuals who prefer not to complete the SEPA deposit form, must pay a €500 deposit per property.</li><li>The deposit can be paid by card or cash at the reception during check-in.</li></ul>
