<ul><li>Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. During the holidays, only weekly rentals are available.</li><li>Payment is required in advance.</li><li>Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the keys to the same location where they were collected.</li><li>Baby cots, if available, do not come with bedding, so please bring your own.</li><li>In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. Your booking will indicate if this applies.</li><li>Overnight guests must be registered in advance, and only with approval can they stay overnight, subject to an additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax.</li><li>Pets may be allowed, depending on the property. Please check the details in advance. Pet owners are responsible for their dogs and must ensure they do not disturb other guests or neighbors.</li><li>Youth groups are not permitted.</li><li>Business bookings are available upon request.</li></ul>
