During holiday periods, only weekly rentals are available.</li><li>Payment must be made in advance.</li><li>Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. On your departure day, please vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the keys to the same location from which they were collected.</li><li>If baby cots are available, please note that they do not come with bedding; you will need to bring your own.</li><li>In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided; your booking confirmation will indicate whether this is included.</li><li>Overnight guests must be registered in advance, and approval is required for them to stay overnight, with an additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax.</li><li>Only one dog is permitted at this accommodation, with no exceptions.
