The apartment, fully renovated and newly furnished in 2019, offers 55 m² of living space on the 4th floor, conveniently located near the swimming pool and sauna. It features a spacious, cozy seating area for 4 people and includes a high chair for young children (please note, that a baby bed is not available). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combination microwave, and stove.The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a separate sleeping area with a snug bunk bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The modern bathroom comes with a shower. You can access the balcony from both the living and dining areas, where you can enjoy a stunning view. An underground parking space is provided, and the apartment also offers free WiFi and Netflix.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form, you authorize us to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The apartment includes free use of the indoor swimming pool and use of the sauna (€ 2.00 per time).
Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
