AccommodationOur beautiful, new, bright apartment provides the perfect setting for a well-deserved holiday. The comfortably furnished living room opens onto a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, ideal for relaxation. A flat-screen TV is available in the living room and bedroom for entertainment.
The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the "Emma" dishwasher will handle the cleanup while you enjoy time with family or friends. The first bedroom features a large double bed and a second flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom includes a spacious bunk bed.
The bathroom is elegantly designed with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Your vehicle will be conveniently parked in the on-site parking lot. Additionally, you will receive a Sauerland Card upon arrival, allowing you to travel for free by train and bus.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
