This park is is located in a beautiful natural landscape, a lacustrian and wooded space, and lies on the shore of Lake Valjoly, not far from the mountains of the Ardennes. It consists of semi-detached houses with furnished terraces. In the park's center you will find a reception desk, a table tennis, badminton court and a boules terrain, an equestrian center, a playground and gardens, all just a few minutes away from your holiday house.
You have at your disposal a free outdoor parking and free access to the WiFi network (only in the reception area).
At your disposal :
- Aquatic centre 'Aquatica' - 3000m² dedicated to water fun and wellness. Free access to the aquatic center: Wave pool with river rapids, waterfalls, massage jets, water slide, play pool special for children, swimming pool, solarium, outdoor heated pool and paddling pool (in summer).

You can enjoy the surroundings on foot, on horseback or cycle along the 30-km-long track built on the route of a former railway line. If you prefer water sports, Lake Valjoly is the ideal place for you: here you can go sailing, take a ride on a water scooter or an electric boat. In addition, guests of the park have unrestricted access to the "Aquatica" water park where you will find a heated swimming pool (closed from 18.03-24.03), fun pool, water slide, wading pool and an outdoor pool. Here you can take swimming lessons or enjoy water fitness activities like water bicycles, Aqua Twister and aqua gym under the supervision of trained professionals. The water park also has a wellness center with sauna and Turkish bath. The Avesnois Regional Nature Park, with its rich natural assets (Mormal forest, forest of Trélont, regional nature reserves), as well as cultural and architectural assets (abbeys, castles) is also worth a visit. Thanks to its natural biodiversity the park has been classified as one of the richest areas of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais. Avesnois also offers the younger generation thrilling attractions like the Aquarium, the Gulf of Mormal, the Glass Museum and the Zoo of Maubeuge. The nearest town is Lille, less than two hours from the holiday park.

This 1-room cottage has an area of 25 square meters and is suitable for 2 people. It includes a living room with a sofa or 2 pull-out beds; a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher; a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and toilet; and a terrace complete with table and chairs. The ideal location of the holiday park provides the perfect opportunity to explore the tourist resort of Valjoly and its surroundings. The district of Avesnois will prove to be a special attraction for visitors thanks to its verdant grove landscapes that have been left from the former coal forest.

This residence is subject to variable tourist tax: the price of the tax is calculated according to the price of the stay, the number of nights and the number of adults and children.

A deposit must be paid on the spot and will be returned within 15 days from departure, minus any reparations for damage or additional cleaning costs.

If you have certain preferences as to location, interior, etc., please indicate them when booking. The surcharge for a preference is 60 euro. If preferences are indicated without accompanying payment, there is no guarantee that your wishes will be honored. You are requested to tidy up your accommodation prior to departure, placing the furniture in its original position. If your accommodation has been found untidy after departure, the cleaning costs will be withheld from your deposit. You are prohibited from flushing down the toilet or throwing into the sink any object or substances that could clog up the drainage of the toilet, kitchen or bathroom. Any expenses made for the repair of the drainage in the case of obstruction by such objects or substances will be charged to the tenant. All garden furniture is to be placed indoors during the time of your absence. Loss of a door key incurs the charge of 15-50 euro. You are requested to respect the house rules. If you have a complaint about your accommodation, please report it immediately to the reception. If your complaint is not dealt with on the spot, you are requested to inform Tour Operator in writing no later than 7 days after your return. Tour Operator will send your complaint to the responsible authority that will handle it further. Photos are used for demonstrative purposes and are not binding.
