Young groups and parties are not allowed. In case of some houses the owner makes an exception but, in these cases, a higher deposit needs to be paid. Deposit for youth groups 150,00 €/person for houses and 75,00 €/person for apartments that will be returned one week after the customer leaves the property.
Youth groups are not allowed without any prior notice to the agency and having signed the relevant conditions. If this instruction is not observed, the agency has the full right to evict the tenants if appropriate.

Please note, that extra beds are in fact inflatable mattresses.

Pets: In case of traveling with pets you must notify the agency in advance as in some accommodations, pets are strongly prohibited. The extra cost is 35 €/week. The house should be left as hair-free as possible and there should not be any remains of excrement either in the house or in the garden. In case of finding a house full of hair, with excrements or with damages, the amount equivalent to an extra cleaning and the corresponding amount in case of damage or breakage will be withdrawn from the client's deposit.

Any deposit left in cash will be never returned on the day of departure, it will be returned by bank transfer a few days after departure. In order to proceed with the refund, the guest must provide their bank details to the local tour operator.

Charging electric cars at the accommodation is strictly prohibited due to the potential risk of damage to the electrical installation. However, there are numerous charging points scattered throughout the towns that customers can use if needed.
