You can swim in the sea thanks to the private and direct access through the lush and well-kept garden. Outside, there is also a porch, a barbecue area, and several terraces where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions while enjoying the spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The well-kept and elegant interior of the 4-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On three of the floors, you will find living rooms equipped with AC and Smart TV. The living room on the main floor also has a dining area, while the other two have access to two terraces with sea views. On the ground floor, there is a separate kitchen with a gas hob and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. In the house, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 6 bedrooms distributed over several floors, all of them with AC and heating. Three of them have double beds. Two of them also have en suite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and bathtub. The remaining three are equipped with two single beds. Two of these also has an en suite bathroom with shower. There are two separate bathrooms in the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
