The grounds are surrounded by lush, green areas consisting of the redesigned 35-acre North Shore Park to the south and a private garden, designed by renown landscape architect West 8 for residents to the north.
Eighty Seven Park consists of seventy beachfront residences on eighteen floors with private elevator access. Residences range in size from one to five bedrooms (1,000 sf to 4,100 sf) with expansive terraces. Full-floor residences offer 360-degree views of the ocean, park, bay and city.
