General Description:

The Area has a Extraction Permission by The National Department of Mineral Production (DNPM)

One of the largest deposits of emeralds extraction in the world with extraction of first quality stones . This
reserve was divided into lots.

The miner Antonio Roque Chaves acquired a large number of lots with the intention to form larger areas to
facilitate the work of extracting emeralds by large companies.

Seven areas with permission of extracting emeralds form three major areas for the production of this gem.
These areas are properly documented and made official.



Estimated value of the area: The National Department of Mineral Production (DNPM), in 1999,

carried out an evaluation adopting a value of $ 300.00 (three hundred U.S. dollars) per m2 for a total area of
83,550.35 m2,

which equates to a value of USD 25'065'105 .00 (twenty five million and sixty-five thousand one hundred and
five U.S. dollars).



Area Division: 

There are in total 3 distinct lots/areas:

AREA 1 consisting of sub-areas 860.890/1991 with 8’600.00 m2,  860.855/1991 with 2’684.00 m2 and
860.707/1991 9’037.88 m2, totalling 20’357.88 m2

AREA 2 consisting of sub-areas 861.082/1991 with 1’892.47 m2, 861.083/1991 6’600.00 m2 and
860.796/1991 48’700.00 m2, totalling 57’197,47 m2

AREA 3  6’000.00 m2

TOTAL 83’550, 35 m2



Location: The areas are located in the Campos Verdes city (formerly belonging to the municipality of Santa
Terezinha de Goiás).

The city has good infrastructure, with hospital, school, state and federal law enforcement, banking, electricity,
telephone network,

airport for small aircraft and paved roads from important cities in Brazil (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia,
Goiania).



Estimated Production: The estimated monthly production is USD 800'000 .00 (eight hundred thousand U.S.
dollars).



Facilities: 1250 m2 furnished house to accommodate the board and work coordination of extraction work.

Located on the main avenue of the city. The house is composed by 7 bedrooms (2 suites), office, kitchen,
laundry, lounge, swimming pool, sauna and garage for five cars.



To start production it will be necessary the construction of three shafts that will allow the operation of three
mines.

This is an excellent investment opportunity for foreign investors since the country's legislation allows the
acquisition of these areas by foreigners.
