The pousada with panoramic sea view has in total 10 rooms (two types of suites), a fully equipped kitchen, roof terrace bar with see view, a very large reception area which is ideal for the inclusion of other businesses. All the furniture is made of hard wood (called Maçaranduba) and all the other wood work in the pousada such as balconies, roofs and etc are made of hard wood (type angelin pedra). All the rooms are equipped with smart tv, air conditioning, electronic safe, mini bar, hair dryer. All the lining, including spare, is from Budmeyer.
The pousada has been recently designed and built by an Arquitect/Contractor, it has a public deed (escritura/RGI) for the plot and the construction is currently scheduled for the habite-se. This places this property into an exceptional and unique category: most of the properties in Jericoacoara do not have neither a public deed, nor habite-se. (For clarification, the Habite-se in Brazil is a certificate issued by the City Hall certifying that the property (house or residential or commercial building) is ready to be inhabited and was built or renovated according to the legal requirements established by the municipality).
The pousada is very well located in the heart of the villa of Jericoacoara. The pousada is 250 meters from the beach at Rua do Forró s / n in Jijoca de Jericoacoara about 30 km from Cruz airport and 300 km from Fortaleza. There is restriction to the circulation of cars in the area. All vehicles must be in the guest parking (private parking).
