In de natuur Zuidzande is gelegen tussen Oostburg, Nieuwvliet en Cadzand in. Cadzand en het strand worden vaak in één adem genoemd. Cadzand-Bad is een bekende badplaats en samen met Domburg de enige twee stranden die officieel als ‘heilzaam’ bestempeld worden. De uitgestrekte stranden zijn heerlijk om in de zomer van de zon te genieten, of in de koudere maanden uit te waaien. Liever een dagje op zee doorbrengen? Dan biedt Jachthaven Cadzand een uitstekend vertrekpunt. Vanaf hier kun je genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op zee en heb je verschillende kanten waar je heen kunt varen. Het dorpje Nieuwvliet met leuke straten en karakteristieke woningen is klein maar zeker interessant om te bezoeken. Je bent hier al binnen 10 minuutjes met de auto. Houd je van beweging en activiteit? Dan hebben wij goed nieuws voor jou! Er is namelijk een wandelroute beschikbaar van 2,5 kilometer. In Nieuwvliet-Dorp, zo ongeveer twee kilometer van het strand, bevindt zich het historische centrum. In deze leuke straatjes kom je al snel het winkelcentrum tegen waar je allerlei leuke kleding of souvenirs kunt kopen als je even iets anders wilt dan relaxen op het strand.

This detached house is on a spacious lot. In addition to the driveway, the front of the house features a spacious front yard with lots of greenery and beautiful plants and shrubs. The front door leads into the hall, which connects to the toilet and the living room. At the front of the living room is a cosy sitting area with a sofa and two chairs by the television. The beautiful windows frame the rural view from the living room. The living room also has a dining area that seats six with a spacious table and comfortable chairs. The sliding doors by the dining area offer a great view of the garden and endless distant vistas of the farmland behind the house. The separate kitchen next to the living room is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine. The kitchen has another small seating area consisting of a table for two where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast or socialise while cooking. This is a lovely place to sit overlooking the garden.
The first floor also has one of the three bedrooms. This bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a small en suite bathroom with shower and sink. Two more bedrooms are on the second floor, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a closet. The second floor also holds the second bathroom of this house, equipped with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and storage closet.
The garden runs around the house, allowing you to sit in the front or the back. The back garden has a garden table that seats six, a terrace (25 m2) and a patch of grass. This area is wonderfully private and offers endless views of the land behind the house. The house has a washing machine and dryer in the storage closet in the bathroom on the first floor.
A high chair and fold-up crib are available for children up to two years old. Your dog can also enjoy this lovely rural setting, as the fully-fenced garden allows them to run free. One four-legged friend is allowed in this property. The driveway in front of the house has room to park two cars.
