Renovated 18th century townhouse located in the Historic Center of Paraty. The house has three floors.#On the ground floor there is a large living room with 3 rooms, winter gardens, toilet, bar, equipped kitchen, laundry. It also has a swimming pool, a rarity in the historic center, with a wet deck next to a lounge for family gatherings. The pool has a changing room and a complete bathroom. On the second floor there is a living room with access to three suites, two with balconies overlooking the sea and the other overlooking the roofs of the historic city. On the third floor there are additional three suites, two of which also have a view of the sea and the other suite has a view of the mountains of Paraty. The cassarão is located near the Pier and the Santa Rita Church. A beautiful property that still allows expansion to build more.
