The Farm has a total area of 107.368 m², completely documented (documentation can be sent on request), with 1000 sqm of total constructed area, 8 tanks for shrimps and fish, with regular production. Furthermore there are horses and ponies on the farm, which are part of the tourism activities that are being developed on the farm. There is a well operating restaurant and a soccerfield on the farm.
The production potential of the shrimp tanques is around 15.000 kg per 3 months, however they are currently not operating.
The farm benefits from its location at the river Catu, which provides ample fish for fishfarming (pisciculture).
Consequently, the farm can be amply used for fish and shrimp farm, as well as for abundant eco-tourism activities.
About the Location:
The farm itself is located only 300 m from the beach and about 30 minutes from Natal. It is one of the very few farms with such a proximity to the beach/ocean.
From 30minutes to Natal Airport, Sibaúma is a village which has originated from an old quilombo, guarding their traditions and the warrior spirit of its people. Fishing is one of the main activities, and shrimp farming is also one of the sources of income and tourism in the area has grown signifcantly in the last 20 years.
The sea breeze is ever lasting and its beaches have fine sand. This area embodies the beautiful northeastern Brazil, fully integrated on a leafy green landscape, a true paradise 300m from the beach.
The temperature varies between 22 and 30 degrees, the area is of a rich portuguese colonial culture. And it is here where this farm offers a huge potential for sustainable development with an investment focused on ecotourism.
The price of the farm represents a basis of negotiation.
