The property exudes its unique character, featuring original roof beams, sturdy wooden staircases, and carriage doors that embellish the entrance, creating an industrial yet inviting atmosphere.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for a luxurious experience, with an oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. The spacious living room opens onto the terrace through patio doors, offering a seamless connection to the outdoors.
On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped bathroom with a sun shower and bathtub. Upstairs, there are two 2-person bedrooms, as well as a separate toilet. A split-level leads to the second floor, where you'll discover the master bedroom (open plan) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and sink, along with a double bedroom with single beds.
The large garden is thoughtfully separated, featuring a private terrace with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Ample parking is available behind the woodlands, and for just €10 per night, you can use the electric car charging station. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and a Chromecast is available for streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube.
