The real protagonist of this house is, without a doubt, the terrace, the best place for our guests to enjoy their vacation. Imagine yourselves admiring the amazing views to the sea and being able to feel the sea breeze and scent while in there. The surroundings are quiet since this is the area of sa Marina in Alcúdia, with just a few neighbours who are mainly locals. The beach is also very peaceful, perfect for those who love the beach and the quietness. You can make several hiking or biking excursions from here visiting Cap de Pinar, for example. And of course, you cannot miss the ancient town centre of Alcúdia and its impressive Medieval wall.

This is equipped with a ceramic hob. The room also offers AC so that you feel comfortable in there. There are two bathrooms with a shower each as well as three bedrooms with closet. Two of the bedrooms offer a double bed and the last one has twin beds. A baby cot and a high-chair can be provided. Finally, you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board at the terrace.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
- Changeover days in July and August are on Saturdays.
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
