It features an amazing 37 x 30-meter chlorine filter pool with a water depth of 1 to 2 meters, a children's pool of 7 x 6 meters and a depth of 0.5 meters, an outside shower where you can wash off the salt after a long day on the beach and two tennis courts where you can spend great moments. In addition, the apartment has a beautiful terrace covered with an awning where you can enjoy your meals with a beautiful view of the mountains.

At the beach; Near water Playa de Gandía is perfect for those who like the good weather, as it is always nice all year round. The beach is very extensive and is only 350 meters from the apartment. It is about 7 km long of white and fine sand, ideal for enjoying a walk when the sun goes down. If you also love nature in the mountains, we recommend that you visit the so-called Ullal de l'Estany, one of the sources that feeds the Gandía marsh. It comes from the nearby mountains and the freshwater comes from underground.
