Near water This apartment is located between the well-known lake called Gran Llac and the beach of fine sand. The crystalline water beach is several kilometres long and it skirts the coast from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort. You can rent sunbeds and parasols and it is perfect for families with children thanks to its shallow water and also for those who love water sports. We highly recommend a visit to the town of Alcudia so that you know the ancient wall and the traditional street market that takes place every Tuesday and Sunday and that will amaze you.

Inside the accommodation, you will find a comfortable and spacious living-dining room with Smart TV, CD and DVD players, and AC, so after-lunch entertaining will be guaranteed. Then we get to the kitchen which has been recently renewed and equipped with a ceramic top, oven, microwave, and all you may need to cook as if you were at home. There are 3 bedrooms where you can rest during your vacation all of them with a closet. One has a double bed, a fan, and space for a cot and a high chair, and the other two offer two twin beds each. There are two bathrooms to complete the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a tub. Finally, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board complete the equipment.Use

-We cannot accept guests under 25 years old unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
