Welcome to this majestic and elegant chalet for 10 people in the wonderful coastal area of Javea, just 4 km away from the beach of El Arenal. It offers a marvellous chlorine private pool enclosed within the frames of the mountains.

The best thing after a long day at the beach is a nice and relaxing swim in the chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres and features a depth from 1.3 to 2.2 metres. The beautiful garden is the perfect scenery to chill out. The smell and the greenery of the lawn as well as the songs of the hens that you'll find in the coop, can be felt and heard while basking in the sun on one of the 5 sun loungers around the pool. In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious dinner at the porch while admiring the sunset between the mountains. You can cook a succulent barbecue or one of your best dishes on the ceramic top. There is a second glazed porch which is perfect for dinners and to stretch the evening out enjoying a glass of wine on the sofas, if you prefer.

The protected Natural Park of Montgo or the Marine Reserve of the Cap de Sant Antoni are spectacular natural places to visit. We recommend the beach of El Arenal to those who love the beach, or the incomparable coves of Cala Granadella, Cala Blanca or Cala Barraca. And you cannot leave without coming to know the town centre of Javea. Don't miss its medieval streets!

When you enter this two-story house, you will find a cozy living room that opens into the dining area, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV set. Adjacent to this is a spacious kitchen with a Mediterranean style, equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, large countertops, and more. The kitchen also has a dining area with air conditioning for communal meals. Please note that the fireplaces in both the living room and kitchen are decorative and cannot be used.

The independent laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On this floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, closet, and AC. One bedroom also features an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and space for a cot if needed. A high chair is also available. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes; one has AC, and the other has a fan. The third bedroom has two single beds and a fan. For colder seasons, the ground floor has underfloor heating, and the top floor is equipped with gas central heating.
