This fabulous cottage with private pool on the outskirts of Inca, in the very centre of Mallorca, welcomes 3 guests
The salt water pool of 9 x 4.5 metres and of 1.4 to 1.75 water depth will allow you to enjoy a cool dip in any moment of the day. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden, an exterior shower and a sun deck with 6 sun loungers, becoming a idyllic place to bask in the sun while enjoying a good reading under the parasol. Later, you can cook a succulent barbecue at the glazed porch, and you can give an special touch to your recipes thanks to the lemons and oranges that you can collect right there in the property. This is fenced and, although there are neighbours nearby, you will have total privacy.

This beautiful villa is about 3 km away from the lovely town of Inca, where you will find a wide variety of supermarkets, shops, bars, cafes, and the traditional "cellers", that is, the Mallorcan restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine. Besides, every Thursday morning the flea market takes place offering local products. If you like excursions, we recommend you visit the Puig of Santa Magdalena which is 287 metres high and crowned by a little oratory and a good restaurant with panoramic views. You also can bike or hike throughout the paths and routes around the villages of the Tramuntana mountain range like Mancor de la Vall. The beach of Puerto de Alcudia is also near, about 21 km away.

This accommodation comprises all its spaces in just one floor. The house welcomes you at the living - dining area where you can watch the satellite TV channels or enjoy a cup of tea while cooling down with the AC or warming up by the fireplace. The kitchen is open to this room and it offers all you may need to cook like if you were at home, including the ceramic hob, the oven and much more. The laundry room is independent and it has washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with two twin beds, a fan and a closet each that invite to rest. In addition, we can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. There is one bathroom for the whole accommodation and it features a tub and a bidet. If you need it, we can provide an additional 3rd fan on request.
