In the beautiful exterior areas yo can find a large garden with artificial turf, chlorine pool of 10 x 5 and a depth ranging from 0.7 to 2 m, two porches, one of them equipped with a barbecue, wood stove and an exterior kitchen. The house of 317 m2 is distributed over three floors. It has 5 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with double bed; three on the 1st floor (two of them with double bed and one with twin beds, one with en suite bathroom); and one on the 2nd floor with double bed. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with air conditioning. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are three more bathrooms; two shower bathrooms on the first floor and one bath with bathtub on the ground floor. The living room is very cozy and well furnished. It features two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, and air conditioning. The dining room, decorated in a country-style has a large dining table and two wooden banks. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary utensils.
