Adjacent to this is the dining area, perfect for four guests. The kitchen is well-equipped for your holiday cooking needs, including a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a small table ideal for morning breakfasts.
Conveniently located next to the kitchen, the laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, you'll find two of the three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both equipped with fans and closets. This floor also features two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—serving the entire accommodation.
