In the surrounding area you will find all important services like supermarket, restaurants and shops. Nearby, there are other beaches such as Piles Daimus, Oliva and Gandia. The apartment is about 13km away from the golf course of Oliva Nova. For some culture, you might want to visit the old town of Gandía, its Ducal Palace, the Town Hall and the Collegiate Church.

The living- and dining room counts with a sofa, a television and a dining table with enough chairs for everybody.
