Welcome to this wonderful stone house with a private swimming pool located at Santanyí, where 6 guests will feel at home.You will love this house's typical Majorcan-style courtyard, made of stones with direct access to a furnished porch with a barbecue, a perfect space to have dinner outside. From there you can follow the little path to the lovely 6m x 3.4m and a depth ranging that goes from 0.9m to 1.7m. Six hammocks surround the swimming pool, ideal for sunbathing and making the most of the Mediterranean weather. There is a non-furnished terrace on the first floor. The property is all fenced and has direct neighbors.

Only ten minutes of driving will take you to idyllic beaches like Platja de Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, Caló des Moro, Cala S'Almunia, and Mondragó Natural Park.

The cozy living- room, with a gorgeous stone wall and air conditioning, is a perfect place to watch satellite TV while chilling beside the fireplace. All the family can have a delicious dinner together in the dining room. The induction open kitchen has all the necessary amenities that you might need for your stay to prepare your favorite dishes. The washing room disposes of a washing machine, an iron, and an iron board. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a safe box, and two bathrooms with a shower. One of them is an exterior bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with two single beds and air conditioning each. Also, you will enjoy a nice bath in the bathroom with a hot tub after a long day.
