The complex features 51 apartments spread across several buildings, all designed in a traditional style with three floors and no elevators. It is approximately 1.5 km from the village center and 600 m from the nearest shops. A bakery and supermarket are conveniently located just 10 meters from the residence.

For arrivals on Saturday, accommodation is available between 5 pm and 8 pm.
