The residence is an excellent starting point to visit the area and to practice many sporting activities. Places worth a visit: the Animal Park of Pont Scorff, the aquarium of Vannes, the Adventure Park on the island of Groix, the Submarine Museum in Lorient. The bat center in Kernascleden is unique in France. Every Sunday morning there is a market in Guidel near the church.

It includes a living room with a sofa bed; two bedrooms, out of each one is furnished with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds; a kitchenette equipped with vitroceramic hotplates, a microwave/grill, and a dishwasher for 24-person service; and a bathroom with separate toilet.

At your disposal you will find a heated outdoor swimming pool open from June to September), a free outdoor car park, paying underground parking and WiFi. Bed linen is included in the price. Paying services: bath linen, TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen corner and dishes). Only during the summer season the television and access to Wifi internet is included in the price. Pets are allowed for an extra fee and if kept on a leash in the residence. Deposit and tourist tax must be paid locally.
