At 20 minutes from the Emerald Coast and the beaches, half an hour from the Saint Michel mountain, bordering a golf course on the hill that dominates the route along the Mesnil forest, lies the Residence of Golf, which makes use of an exceptional surroundings. The residence is 2 km from the entrance to the golf course and only 500 meters from the village of Tronchet (with a bar, a bakery and a shop).
The residence consists of a group of small buildings divided into holmen. It has a total of 96 units, 7 of which in groups. All accommodations have terraces (except the groups). 96 covered parking spaces are available for guests.
The facilities of the complex include: a heated indoor pool (5 mx 15 m) a separate children's pool; a solarium; 1 sauna; 1 petanque field; a multisport field; a launderette; a breakfast room overlooking a terrace; and 3 well-equipped playgrounds for children's activities.
The residence's swimming pool is open from the opening of the residence in February and must be closed after the All Saints' holiday (late October - early November). It is covered and heated to a minimum of 26 °. The sliding windows around the pool are open in the summer. Opening times of the swimming pool: from 9 am to 8 pm to the end of September and from 9 am to 7 am from October to closing time.

There are many possibilities in the area. Sights include the Abbey of Tronchet, the covered walk at Tressé, the abbey of Beaufort, Combourg with castle Chateaubriand, Dinan, the old port town of Dinard, the beaches, the small harbor and the city of St Malo and Cancale with the mountain St Michel. There are also several castles in the area. Activities and leisure options include the 18-hole 9-hole golf course, a restaurant in the evening, a brasserie for lunch and a bar. Several competitions are held between March and November, but you can also go fishing in Lake Mirlou, mountain biking in the Meslin Forest, hiking and horseback riding. Between 10 and 25 km you will find several beaches (between Dinard and Cancale). Sailing, canoeing, kayaking but also surfing, kite surfing and Thalasso therapy are daily possibilities. In St. Malo you can fish in the lake of Beaufort, horse riding and hiking (routes along the coast and the valley of the Rance). Excursions by sea are the Bay of St. Malo, trip to Jersey or Guernsey. Events in the area include summer laughter in Dinard, summer operas in Dinard, half marathon and folklore festival in July in St. Malo.

Your holiday destination offers the following facilities: heated swimming pool with folding glass doors at hip level, sauna for a fee, pétanque playing fields, laundry for a fee, free outdoor parking. Attractions of the residence, free: heated indoor pool in the residence. golf: the holidaymakers of the residence receive a 20% discount on the Tronchet golf course. For an additional fee you can book a TV, a baby kit and the final cleaning. Fun activities are organized for children, free in July and August, activity club for children aged 4-11 years, five half days a week or Adoshphere, activities for teenagers aged 12-15 years. A deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. The down payment will be returned to you on the day of departure after the inventory or with the mail in the following week. You must leave the building spotlessly clean. If this is not the case, you will only receive a part of the down payment. Pets are allowed for an additional fee on condition that they have a valid vaccination certificate, dogs must stay on the leash at the residence.
