The property also provides Wi-Fi internet access.The contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances for a self-catering stay. The dining area, located at the rear of the property, comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is part of the spacious kitchen and dining space.
This floor also includes a double bedroom and a modern shower room, accessible from the hallway, ideal for additional guests or family members.
Wooden stairs lead to the upper penthouse floor, where you’ll find a master bedroom suite with a charming beamed ceiling, a walk-in wardrobe, and a sunny roof terrace offering direct views of the Piazza, the surrounding mountains, and Lake Como.
A third double bedroom with a wardrobe and beamed ceiling is also located on this floor, along with a second newly fitted bathroom.
