Romantic; Among nature; Near water Located on the western coast of Lake Guarda, the picturesque village of Toscolano-Maderno is dotted with cypress trees, olive groves and lemon groves and has a pretty harbor bustling with colorful boats and ferries. Close by are numerous beaches with a choice of water sports, including canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing and diving. Many other activities can be practiced in the surrounding hills and mountains, including: climbing, trekking, mountain bike trails and horse riding. There is also a golf course just 10 minutes' drive away. Furthermore, visitors can reach the Veronese shore of the lake by boat from Salò (17 minutes by car), reach the elegant town of Gardone Riviera and visit the Vittoriale (7 minutes by car) or visit Padenghe sul Garda, known for its extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C. wines (33 minute drive). A little further along the coast (1 hour by car) is Sirmione and its famous spa.
Verona is 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car and Venice is just over 2 hours away by car. The closest airport is Milan Bergamo, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes' drive from the property.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a spacious and well-lit living area that smoothly connects to a large dining space featuring a fireplace and kitchen.An internal staircase leads to the sleeping quarters, comprising two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom.
Notably, there is an expansive terrace featuring a barbecue area, as well as an outdoor space enclosed by pedestrian and vehicular entrances for convenient access by both foot and car.

A damage deposit has to be paid locally. For groups under 21 we request a higher deposit.
